Vince Spinnato, widely recognized as The Couture ChemistTM, is an award-winning Cosmetic Chemist, “Certified Nose,” and luxury product formulator. For more than three decades, he has been a leading innovator in the beauty and personal care industry, developing custom formulations for celebrities, physicians, global retailers, private brands, salons, spas, and major beauty corporations. The rare combination of his chemistry expertise, fine fragrance training, and brand development acumen has positioned him as a sought-after authority in product formulation
and luxury brand creation.

After studying chemistry and international business, Spinnato completed a specialized two-year apprenticeship in cosmetic chemistry, gaining hands-on expertise in manufacturing, research, and retail product development. He is the President and CEO of TurnKey Beauty, Inc., VS Vincenzo Ltd., Inc., Aegean Skincare LLC, and Vincenzo Skincare LLC, and is the co-founder of Beauty Board Consultants- entities that collectively offer comprehensive concept-to-shelf development services for prestige beauty brands.

Throughout his career, Spinnato has developed hundreds of formulations across skincare, haircare, bath and body, color cosmetics, and fine fragrance. His proprietary research and development lab enables full in-house innovation and testing. Known for his meticulous approach to ingredient efficacy and raw material performance, he has contributed to breakthrough product launches and collaborations with some of the industry’s most influential names, including Chanel, The Limited Brands (Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works) Gap/Banana Republic, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Ole Henriksen, and celebrity clients such as Jennifer Lopez, Victoria Beckham, Michael Jordan, Jessica Simpson, and Joss Stone.

Spinnato is also the author of the memoir My Pursuit of Beauty: The Glitz, The Glam, and The Batsht Crazy (2022), which candidly chronicles his personal journey, industry experiences, and career in luxury formulation and fragrance design.
His fragrance work includes several high-profile commemorative projects. In 2022, he collaborated with the children of Judy Garland to create a fragrance honoring what would have been the legendary entertainer’s 100th birthday. He worked with the Hollywood Sign Trust to develop the official fragrances commemorating the 100th anniversary of the iconic Hollywood.
